Exchange Policy – Haute House

 

Haute House follows a strict exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
